Can't open Silverfast DNG in Photoshop CS6

I have tried the 48 bit hdr scans in Ai Studio to create a dng file, but I can't open it in Camera Raw or Photoshop. Anyone could help me??

Dear user,

The HDR(i) RAW images are linear DNG files meant for processing in SilverFast HDR Studio.
Unfortunately Photoshop can not open every DNG format. These files also contain RGB data because Scanners do only offer this data format. A raw conversion therefor is not necessary.
