.tiff file opens automatically in PS

I had to reset silverfast, and when I save a file it no longer automatically open in PS as it use to.
Can't remember where to do It? Point me in the right direction will ya... thanks.

Dear customer,

This option is located in the SilverFast preferences' general tab.
"Open image after scan" behind that option you will find a button with three dots on it.
That allows you to select the software to be used.
