I use Silverfast 5 with an Epson Expression 1640XL with ADF at work and it's simply brilliant!

Will you be releasing a version of Silverfast for the HP Scanjet 5550C 2400dpi flatbed scanner with ADF?

Brilliant scanner (fast, and scan quality belies it's cost), but the HP scanning software is limited and fundamentally flawed in its design: so bad that it makes the scanner a nightmare to use!

If you do I'll be buying it, irrespective of the cost!

Dear Kris.

We never tested the HP scanners with ADF. It?s also difficult to say which HP scanners are working together with SilverFast, because we are using "Escape" sequences for the communication with the scanner. That makes all HP scanners usable which are compatible to the 3c/4c models.

Could you try the free demo of SilverFast ?
