When a scanner becomes supported by SilverFast, it will always be listed promptly on the supported scanners list:

If it is NOT on this list however, while it may work with a close-enough scanner selected for a
demo, there still might be other reasons why the scanner isn't listed.
Please DON'T simply
buy a version for another scanner thinking the serial number you'll get will be able to serialise for your model, too. It most often WON'T.
Rather you want to <a href="https://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html?topic=SalesQuestion">contact our sales staff</a>
before a
purchase to let them check for you whether you can successfully serialise SilverFast with your scanner and tell them that you could successfully use
demo version for what model with your scanner.
