Windows XP SilverFast AI studio 6.5 -- cannot find help file

When I launch SF from PS CS3, it cannot find any of the help files or movies.

When I launch SF standalone - it can find them. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Dear Eric,
I tested the problem you reported some days ago with the version 6.5.0r8a of SilverFast and the Canon 8400F scanner under WinXP.
On my computer, from within Photoshop CS3 all the movies and the help files were present.

I cannot see which version exactly of SilverFast you are using but please update to the latest version 6.5.1r1 and try again! If the problem still is present please contact our support team.
