When I start a prescan with my Silverfast-PF1800 Silver I get a message 'warming up lamp'. This message seems to freeze photoshop elements.
I'm using a PF 1800 silver film scanner. Please help me with this!

I suggest you want to download and install the latest update release of your version of SilverFast from our website. You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
