i'm unable to open the scaned neg files ( tif) after the scan i export the file to a map and then i try to import them in Lightroom but lightroom can not read the tif file ??

What settings did you use to save the Tif file ? CMYK / RGB, 24/48 bit and so on. It could be, that Lightroom could not handle all possible Settings of SilverFast.
In earlier Verions of SilverFast we had a small buf with Tif files, which had a wrong set Tagdatatype. This is fixed with later versions.
Maybe you could get in contact with the support, with sending a small tif file, which does not work with Lightroom.
