SilverFast SE/Vista compatability?

I'm buying a new computer which will have Vista Ultimate installed. I will be using my current Epson 3200 Photo scanner after I update my Epson driver for Vista. My question is the following:
The latest version of SilverFast that I have is SFE-6.4.4r7(Epson-SE). Is this compatible w/Vista? If not what are my alternatives? I have been using SF for several years and would like to continue using it if possible.

I just bought a CanoScan 9950F and it is not in this list. That might explain why I couldn't get SIlverFast up and running... :cry:

Can you give us any indication when this scanner will be supported...?

I feel really angry that I have to pony up $50 to make SF work. No thanks. I'm tired of updates that don't work and non-existent support. Since I'm moving to Vista I will take this opportunity to move to more reliable scanner software.

Good luck to all you other users of SF. It was not a good experience for me.
