Silverfast 6.5 plugin problem in Photoshop Elements

I've been using the batch feature in version 6.4 of Silverfast SE plus (Epson 4870 + plugin in Photoshop Elements 4) for many months without problems.
I recently upgraded to version 6.5, and I discovered that the batch feature now does not work in the plugin mode with Photoshop Elements 4 (but still works of course in the stand-alone mode). Re-installing does not solve the problem, nor does the last update (6.5.0r3d).
Is that a known behaviour ?

normaly SilverFast should also run with Photoshopp Elements 4.

Please delete once the LaserSoft Imaging folder - while SilverFast isn?t running.

On a typical Windows XP installation, the " Lasersoft Imaging " folder is to be found at: C: \ Documents and Settings \ (your username) \ Application Data \ Lasersoft Imaging

Thanks for your reply.
Deleting the Lasersoft Imaging folder does not solve the problem, but the very last update (6.5.0r4b) actually does !
