I cannot use the Import option under Photoshop CS, I have to type in the serialisation code then an error appears 'cannot find log file'. The scan appears as demo mode with 'lasersoft' across it. I am using OSX, everything worked fine until I had to log in as a network user (I have administrator priveleges). I can still use the launcher app and scan works OK but I need to use the import function. I tried the launcher first - it doesn't save the serialisation details when I go into Photoshop.
Any ideas please?
