In the update and I believe even demo section the listings for scanner brands lists SCSI, USB or Firewire. All of them, one or two! What does this mean?

I have a HP-6300C and the transperency adapter that so far doesn't work with NegaFix! I have a RMA# already and will probably send SilvgerFast Ai v5.5 back since tech support hasn't heard back from the developers about the problem yet!

I was just wondering under HP,it shows SCSI and I can only use USB since it's on a notebook PC. Is that the problem?

Dear wptski,
probably this is the reason for the problem, LaserSoft will investigate into it as soon as possible, however, don't expect anything before next year.

That was just a guess! The President of LSI seen a posting of mine at another website's forum and got me in contact with Nick D'Amato(spelling check), whom in turn contacted the develophers. No reply yet.

I had also emailed Tech Support and was in contact with another peerson, who said that it wouldn't work. I was given a RMA# but I replied that I'd hold off a bit waiting on my other contact.

After over a week, I gave up! Bought a Epson 2450, gave the HP6300 to a relative and LSI should have the return today! I hope that the RMA# is still good!! It would have been delivered yesterday but you guys moved your location. I see your site shows the new location now.
