Scan Abort - Photoshop CS / OS X 10.3 / Nikon L4000ED / SF 6

Just installed everything new, but Silverfast terminates Photoshop every time in the scan-process. It seems to be a memory problem...

seems to be solved with the new release 6.2.0r3.
