ich werde mein Problem estmal in Deutsch schildern, danach versuchen dies so gut es geht ins englische zu ?bersetzen.
Wir benutzen hier den Nikon LS 2000 mit der Silverfast Software.
Folgendes Problem tritt bei dem Stapelscan auf:
Nach dem Scan wird das Bild in PhotoShop 7 ?bertragen und mit einer Art Wasserzeichen versehen. Das Bild hat in der Diagonale ca. 7 mal das Wort "LaserSoft" stehen.
Dies passiert nur bei dem Stapelscan, wenn Einzelbilder gescannt werden tritt dieses Problem nicht auf.
An now in englisch:
We?re using a Nikon LS 2000 mit the Silverfast Software.
If we?re scanning a few of Pictures with the "Diamagazine" (SF 200)
the Pictures are not Original. There?re Words on the Pictures and its ~7 times on the Pictures. The Word is: "LaserSoft"
These Words are only if we?re scanning with the Magazine. If we?re scanning on Picture without the Magazin the result iss normal and without the Word " LaserSoft" on the Picture.
Can anyone help us ?
Is it an Problem with the Registry of the Product or a Bug ?
We have the Software in the Original and a Serialnumber which is filled out after the First start.
