G5 SCSI Connection HELP!!

I have a customer who has a Power Mac G5 1.6Ghz. They want to connect and use a Microtek Artixscan 2020 via SCSI.

We have tried an ATTO Card in the G5 which the Mac can see but without any joy with the scanner and the Adaptec 2930 won't fit into the PCI slots

Can you recommend a card that will work ?

actually in the SilverFast testing center did experience the least troubles connecting different SCSI scanners to G5 systems when using a SCSI-to-firewire converter from Belkin (model type F5U541).
