Epson 4180 and Win XP, version 6.5.0r4, "scanner not fo

hi there,

since upgrading from ai 6.5.0r3d to ai 6.5.0r4, my epson is not found by silverfast-launcher.
alert "scanner not found".

usb connection.
scanning flawless possible with last epson driver.

what can i do??
