CS5 64 bit Ai 6.6 - Silverfast not start in PS

I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit. I installed Silverfast Ai 6.6 (latest version). I can launch Silverfast as a stand alone program. When I go into PS CS5 Extended in either 32 bit or 64 bit versions, Silverfast does not show up as an option in the Import section of the program. Can you help me.

Dear customer,

SilverFast currently only supports Photoshop CS5 32bit.

Have you tried reinstalling SilverFast the shortcut should be placed automatically.

Otherwise open your "SilverFast Application" installation folder.
C:/Programs(x86)/
You will find subfolders containing your plug-in(s).
Open the folder for the required plug-in.
You will find a SilverFast(...).8ba Plugin file.
Create a shortcut for that file.
Then move the shortcut into the
C:/Programs(x86)/Adobe/Photoshop.../plug-ins/Import_Export/ folder.
(DO NOT MOVE the .8ba plug-in itself and do not use a copy it. It must be a shortcut)

I also have not been able to get Ai 6.6 to work with CS5 64 bit. I've downloaded the newer Ai 6.6 64 bit but still don't seem to get CS5 to recognise it. Does Ai 64 bit support CD5 64 bit?

Dear customer,

Like I wrote above SilverFast 6.6 can not be used with 64bit Photoshop versions.
SilverFast 6.6 only supports Photoshop in 32bit mode.
