Another bug w/ PS7?

Postby sma » Wed Jan 08, 2003 10:30 pm

I'm using SilverFast Ai 5.2 on Windows NT with ScanMaker 9600XL and have upgraded from Photoshop 5 to Photoshop 7. I have encountered a problem which is affecting workflow when scanning to file {General tab, Scan Mode is Normal (file) or Batch Mode (file)}. I have maintained the setting under "Options", in the "Defaults, General" tab to have checked Reopen SF after scan. This works fine with PS5. Unfortunately in PS7, when scanning to file SilverFast does not reopen automatically as it should and I have to import SilverFast between every scan to restart it. Is there any way around this?
Thank you.

Dear sma.

I rmember that a problem like this was fixed a while ago. However, I?m affraid that the support for v5.2 has stopped :( . You will need to upgrade, if you want this problem fixed, but please try the free demo of version 6 first.

Eric.
