Okay, I love it, it's great and I bought the upgrade from SE to Ai for the Nikon LS-2000. Florida is shipping 5.5 for delivery tomorrow, and I'm going to download the SF 6 upgrade when it is posted.
My question is about how to move a profile that I have built in SF 5.5 in the expert mode to use with SF 6. (I don't want to repeat the work if I don't have to.)
This might also apply to when I upgrade my Mac; if I install SF 6 onto my new computer, how can I transfer the profiles I have built?

Transfer of SilverFast Settings File
How o transfer SilverFast Settings from previous version?
You can copy the SilverFast settings file "SFPrefs(Nikon LS2000)" which is inside the Prefs folder inside the SilverFast folder, into the Prefs folder of your new version. This file contains all the settings you have made.

pc to mac transfer
i am trying to transfer my profiles to a mac from a pc, i have copied the prefs file, but it is not taking the profiles I made.
