Support on negafix

6 to 7 weeks ago, I aksed for support on Negafix in combinasation with Nikon LS2000. Sent to support@silverfst, copy to info@silverfast, no reply. Then to supportII, then to marketing etc. I never got any reply. Last time, we went through this exercise, Mr. Engelhardt, you told me that it is not surprising, that silverfast will not answer immediately to my queries. Well what is immediately for you, 1 week, 3 weeks, 5 weeks ...?
Until about June 2002, you had people answering and finding solutions to problems, these times seems to be over. Support ZERO, now.
I accompanied my question with the info file silevrfast produces.
Please tell me, if Silverfast has scrached e-mail support. If that is the case, obviously use of such s sophisticated product, having - at least in combinasation with Nikon LS2000 - many problems, is not a good idea anymore.
I am using your product since 3 or 4 years, with good success. When a problem arose, it was solved by your e-mail assistance. But these time semms to be gone for ever. (Cost reduction, or what?)
