Suggested profile for Ilford XP1

Postby RAW » Sun Apr 20, 2014 7:51 pm

I see there is a profile for Ilford XP2 but not one for XP1

In the 80's I had several conversations with Ilford techs and it came up that the ideal ASA was 200. but the XP2 is stuck at 400

Is there a suggestion on being able to make a profile for v8.o Version 8.0.1r44

Very few of the PDF manuals actually cover the latest version so in doing setups, many of the instructions are simply obsolete.

Thank you

Dear customer,

In case there is no dedicated film profile for a film and if you own SilverFast Ai Studio you can use an existing profile and edit that.
In the NegaFix expert settings you will find the NegaFix curves used for conversion.
You can edit them to create and save a custom profile.

Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
