Problem with NegaFix on Mediax WorkScan 3600 pro

Just got a new Mediax Workcsan 3600 Pro that came with SF 6Ai. But scanning negatives, the results are terrible, see screenshot of prescan and the final result:

No Problems with my Epson and SF 6Ai:


The Mediax and SF works fine with positive slides, so I don't think that it is hadware related.

tried to fix the problem by completely deinstall and new install and that happened:

- deinstall fine
- installed from CD (options plugin and twain): plugin fine, but i think no twain, because it didn't appear in other applications
- choosed Webupdate, found new version, downloaded it, deinstalled old one as required, install new one, and the photoshop plugin is gone!
What the hell is going on??
