Prescan OK, Final Result is very dark????

I'm using the latest Silverfast version (r20) and a Nikon 4000ED. My slides are all OK. Scanning FUJI Reala 100, prescan looks great. The final scan comes out very dark. This did not happen when using using the Superia 100 setting with verion 10. Going back to the Superia 100 setting, it comes out OK. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm going to answer my own question. After I shut down and restarted my PC everything works just fine.
