Hi:
I'm about to start scanning old B&W and color negatives some of which go back to the 1930's in the case of the B&W's. They are what I assume were size 120. The problem is there are no film manufacturers names on the negatives and I want to use NegaFix to enhance the scan.
Are there guidelines one can use in such a situation or is it a case of experimentation using various manufactuers names and speeds?
I would appreciate any advice someone might have before I start.
Thank you
Sternhagen

Dear User,
you can, of course, try to use some existing negative film profiles and find a profile that comes close and then optimize the existing profile.
If you like, you can also send us a film sample (to my attention) and we can create an appropriate profile for you!
best regards
