NegaFix Film Profiles & Silverfast V6

Hi all,

No major problems just need some advice.

Initially I intended to update SF ver 5.5 to increase my list of film profiles inside Negafix, but I have now realised that there is no support from Jan 2005 for SF 5.5.

Therefore if I upgrade to SF ver 6 will it come bundled with the complete new list of film profiles as shown on SF web site for Negafix?

generally spoken, yes. But not every film material listed is available for every scanner. In doubt, please download the Ai 6 demo and check it out.
If you're missing a profile, you can either generate own yourself (see Ian Lyon's tutorial and the Negafix PDF guide on the Negafix webpage), or ask our support team they might implement such a profile, but this might depends on how many people have been asking for a certain film material and so on.

Thanks for promt reply.

I will be using SF Ai ver 6 IT8 with a polaroid sprint scan 4000 & iparticularily want the Fuji profiles especially Reala 100, so again will all of the Fuji profiles be available?

Switch to negative mode in the general tab of the main dialogue. A new will appear and present you with all available choices.
