Import Negafix Function

Please explain why the Negafix Import with Windows 2000 will not work. I have followed your directions and checked the process on the website also. Other users have posted the same problem without replys. I am using the latest release of Silverfast updated from the website and the Negafix profiles do not match the profiles in the update.

Please provide the SF_logfile for an internal test. I would like to veriy and I will need the exact info on your setup.
