Thanks for adding the Ektar 100 profiles, which I downloaded for my Nikon scanner as part of the recent update.
Is there a way I can get that into my Ai Studio program for the Minolta Multi Scan Pro (I have what I understand to be the final version, 6.6.1r2a)? Is there, for example, a way to copy/paste a file or ???
Thank you.

Re: Ektar100 NegaFix profile for Minolta Multi Scan Pro?
Dear MinoltaSF6
Our pleasure!
No, you can not simply move the profiles to be used with other scanners. Every film has a different response with every different scanner model.
We will try to update the profile for different scanner modules but it will take some time.
In the meantime you can modify an existing curve to fit the emulsion of the Ektar 100 on your minolta.
Cheers

Re: Ektar100 NegaFix profile for Minolta Multi Scan Pro?
Thanks for your reply.
If I look at the profiles for Ektar 100 and, for example, another profile for Kodak color neg film, in the Nikon program, is there a way I can read/determine the settings and/or differences between the two scanners , and then port those differences over to the Minolta version, at least as a starting point?
Would I possibly see that there is a constant difference in how the Nikon "sees" vs. how the Minolta "sees, and for the Ektar 100 profile create/modify an existing profile for the Minolta based on that difference"?
Thank you.

Re: Ektar100 NegaFix profile for Minolta Multi Scan Pro?
Dear Minolta SF6
It is not possible to send profiles from one scanner model to other scanner model.
It is really hard, I do not believe there is such a study on what the differences between scanners see a specific type of film, or behaves in relation to other scanner. Other thing is, scanners change with time so those differences would be very difficult to determine.
Cheers
