Hello, I am currently switching my setup from OS 9.2 to OS X. As the Heidelberg software is not compatible with OS X, using SilverFast to run a Heidelberg Linoscan 2400XL seems a logical conclusion. I have the trial version of SilverFast working well on a G4 500 under OS 9.2 using Photoshop 6, but with OS X and Photoshop 7 on a G4 1000 with a PCI scsi card installed, it does not recognise the scanner.
ie. In Photoshop, when I choose import:LinoPro, there is the error message: "Scanner not found"
Here is the SF_LogFile, I wonder if someone could give some clues... I am currently considering buying SilverFast if it provides a solution, Thankyou.
