Loading Photo

I have been archiving some of my old pictures in Silverfast 8 and saving them as 48bit HDR tiff files. It is my intention to then use HRD studio at a later date to make adjustments. I have v6.6 at present

Most of the pictures I have are in the size 70-140 MB, while trying out HDR Studio some of the pictures did not load correctly. With only half the picture showing on the screen.

Hi there,

Is this a constant problem?
After how many pictures do you have this problem?
Once it appears, does it remain or are you able to load other pictures correctly afterwards?

What operating system do you use?

No this is not constant, the same picture will some times load ok and other times not, some pictures seem to always load ok.
The problem is not on the majority of the pictures.
I am using osx lion.

Hi, do you think you can upload the image that creates the problem somewhere for us to verify? We can't reproduce this here with any of our testing images. I understand if that would be critical for you but we frankly can't fix anaything that we can't verify .

I am unsure why, but i have been unable to recreate this problem myself. I am unsure it i had some other applications open when i had the problem. But at the moment i can't repeat. If the problem comes up again i will make a more detailed note of the circumstances.
