Silverfast HDR: Upgrade with a second scanner?

Hi!
I currently own Silverfast AI that came with the Microtek 120tf scanner. I recently purchased a Minolta Elite 5400 and use it with its own Scan Utility-Software. But now I want to purchase Silverfast HDR, in order to process the Elite's Raw-Scans with it. My question: Can I buy the cheaper "upgrade"-version (since I already own Silverfast AI-but for the 120tf) or does this "upgrade" will only work with my 120tf (remember: I want to use Silverfast HDR for the Raw-Files of my 120tf), so that I'll have to buy the full version of HDR?

There has been a mistake in my 1st post. Of course I want to process the Raw-Files (the 16 bit linear-scans) of my 5400, not my 120tf.
