failure in opening image from the VLT

Hi,
I have started using Silverfast HDR on Mac 0s 10.4.
I have one image which I can't seem to open for processing. When I double click on the image in the VLT the proper screen opens with the image file name at the top. HOWEVER below that where the image should appear for processing the screen is white-- NO IMAGE at all!!. I opened the same file quite normally on a friends computer using Silverfast HDR studio. I have been able to open other images successfully.
Any trouble shooting suggestions??????

did you try if deleting your cache for preview / albums remedies the issue?
