Adjusting the horizontal plane

I am not certain that this is the right place for this question.
I am out kayaking quite a lot a taking pictures from the kayak, sometimes it can be really bumpy out on the sea and the result might be that the horizontal plane is not horizontal... Is there any tool in HDR Studio to rotate/adjust the horizontal plane. Right now I am using other image programs to fix the horizontal plane which feels rather unnecessary.
If this feature is missing, I do hope this will be implemented in the future.
