Upgrade install problem with v6.0.1r44

Hi;

I just downloaded the update (twice) and get the following error when I try to install the package. "Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used."

Is the download corrupt?

I checked the download of SilverFast HDR 6.0.1r44.
Everything works fine
The problem you descibed might be created during the download
Please try to download again.
