Although Job Manager works just fine in Ai (6.4.4r6), it fails every time in HDR (6.4.3r9) when I try to edit parameters. Here's the workflow that actives the error:
a. Select images in VLT.
b. Open JM and create new job.
c. Drag and Drop images into JM.
d. When the images drop into JM they do so with parameters already entered [I have no idea where they came from]: Unsharp masking, 36->24 bit color, and so forth. I CANNOT change these parameters by right-clicking, clicking on the pencil, or double-clicking. Whatever I do crashes HDR by telling me there has been an error and that HDR has to shut down right now, and it also activates the "Shall I send and error message to Microsoft?" window.
Deleting the Prefs file did not help. Removing the jobs folder had no effect, either. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software did not fix the problem. Now I'm about to through my hands in the air. . . .

Dear Dan
I suggest you first want to try if updating to the latest release doesn't already solve the problem.
However, if it doesn't, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support staff by using the problem report form:
