Resetting

Postby richard49 » Thu Apr 22, 2004 10:55 pm

I'm using the demo version of Silverfast AI and have set it up to scan in 48 Bit HDR Colour which was quite succesful. I'm now trying to re-set everything up the way it was before but when attempting a scan I get an error message stating "An error has occured at the start of the scanning process"

Is this because of something I've done wrong or is it because there's only so many scans I can do with the demo version? If I haven't done anything wrong how do I re-set to the original settings?

By the way, I have ordered the full version today. :)

Dear Richard49.

The demo has NO limitation in the number of scans.

To reset all frame parameters, hold the shift key and click the "option" button (the title of the button changes to "reset all").

Your problem might not be related to the frame settings, but to the state of the scanner.
Did you try to reset your scanner?
Did you reboot your computer?

If your problem still exists, please contact the support at: https://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html.

Best regards
