I would appreciate any suggestions as to why I am having the following problem when I print 11x14?s., using HDR. I open and scan an HDR file. When I print to 8x10 the color is fine but when I print the same image to 11x14, the image is faded low contrast ?drained? looking color image.
Can you also please tell me the correct method to install upgrades so that settings and VLT albums and data are not lost.
Thanks for the great software.

Is this fault only on printing out of SilverFast HDR, or also if you start the calculation, and print the picture from another software ?
Currently the best would be, to copy the whole SilverFast folder (near the Plug-in) as backup, deinstall all, install the new update, and try to recopy the backup.
kind regards

color problems discovered
Thanks for the reply. I found that the printing color problem happens when a HP oe EPson printer, using color management automatic setting, prints a large image, like an 11 x 14". This problem is solved by disabling any Windows auto color managment controls.
