Your system has recovered from a serious error! Epson3200.

Every time I power up the computer I get a warning notice that my system 'has recovered from a serious error'. I have sent the details to Microsoft who suggest that it is possibly due to installing new software. All I have installed recently is the software for the Epson 3200, including SilverFast. Clicking the details button shows the following:

BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : BF81CFBC BCP3 : EC8F8C20

BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 768_1

[The computer is 5 months old, has Windows XP, 120 giga hard disk, 512 DDRam
etc]


Does it mean anything to anyone?

Apart from this, the windows XP computer works fine.

Has anyone any other suggestions on what might have caused it and how to correct it.
