Mainly because people do not read nor respect the forum rules.
If you check them, you'll notice, it is clearly stated, the forum is for imaging topic discussion, this is not a tech support forum nor spam and publishing forum.
The forum is being bombarded with spam on a daily basis, that is one of the main reasons why it has to be controlled.
It is also recommended to look for similar topics before posting questions here, statistically we can assure 99 % of the posts we receive on a daily basis have been already answered in the forum.
