SilverFast update does not appear when launched

I have the Epson 3200 Photo which runs the SE version of SilverFast. The update when recently posted and when I install, I am told that the item is already on my hard drive. I launched the plug in on Photoshop 7.01 and the previous version is launched. Anyone have any suggestions?

Deinstall SilverFast before you install any Update. This is a full Install.
