i can only Emphasize what Jan says: we are working on it !
The trouble is that this Bug is so hard to get our hands on as (for our machines and we tried a *lot* ) it just happens *very* *very* rarely, so we cannot debug the Problem...
Right now we have the suspicion that it only happens for machines that have gone the upgrade path from Tiger to Leopard ( something that i never would recommend as nothing is as good as a clean install although it is more work ).
So: we're not lazily ignoring this, we try hard to find a reproducable scenario that we can debug !
