SF 6.4.4r7 not working on Vista?

Hi

When I run SF SF 6.4.4r7 either as the plug-in/and or as a standalone, it just freezes when I press Prescan.

I go to the task manager and it still stays "responding". I tried selecting any item on the interface and nothing happens.

I did let it sit for 15 minutes or so and nothing. I did uninstall and reinstall.

Just wondering if this is a Vista issue? and Should I upgrade? Is Vista better supported in the new version?
