Hi
I was wondering if someone could give me some guidance on what to enter in the scan dimensions section of Silverfast SE Plus 8.
I am using an Epson Pefection V850 Pro to scan 35mm slide and colour negative film.
I want to process the image files in Photoshop and print them.
Thank you
Andrew Wood

Re: Scan dimensions
Dear Mr Wood,
For Photoshop you should set the file type to Tif or PSD output.
The Preset and scaling set the scan resolution for a certain output size and print/display resolution.
If you do not see the scaling dialog press the gear-wheel button in the lower left.
You can also directly set the resolution using the slider.
In case the slider does not move check the scaling and set it to 100%
The resolution required mainly depends on the intended use of the images.
Kind regards,
Arne ketelhohn
