Scan button grayed out

I'm trying out a demo version of Silverfast In Photoshop 7 on my G4/800 running OS 10.2.1.

I can perform all the prescan functions normally, but the Scan button is grayed out. Is scanning removed from the demo version? I've looked for a listing of limitations for the demo version, but couldn't find one.

It seems that your demo has expired. All demo versions will expire at a certain date. I suppose, you have downloaded your demo before Okt, 3rd. New demo versions which will run until next year should be available now. Please download a new demo from our WEB site.
