Is there a way to get the output resolution to match the scanned resolution without SF8 downsampling.
I want to scan at 2400ppi and end up with a file which is 2400ppi and do the down sampling in Photoshop.

Re: Resolution Question
Dear customer,
I am not sure what you mean. If the resolution slider is set to 2400ppi SilverFast will use that resolution and no downsampling will occur.
Please note however that scanners can only offer certain fixed resolutions.
These are represented by the positions the slider locks-in. If it does not offer 2400 the resolution is physically not available.
Some devices for example only offer 2500ppi or 3000ppi.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
