register SilverFast SE sold with my EPSON Perfection 4990 ?

Hello,

First, I'm french, so my english is not good.

I'have just bought an EPSON 4990 scanner which is sold with SilverFast SE.
I install it. When I launch SilverFast, it ask me name, surname and serial number (written on CD pocket). SilverFast SE refuse and I can, only, use demo version.
What is the mistake ?

P.S. : I have a problem with my CDROM drive so I installed SilverFast from USB Key after copying my CD from other CDROM drive on USB key.
