Problems with TWAIN plugin, 'scan' button doesn't work

I have a problem with Silverfast for Epson (TWAIN plugin). I use it with Photoshop CS2, through File-Import-SilverFast.
So when I launch the program, which was registered before (the Register button is not enabled, so it's registered, right?), and everything is okay except one thing - the button "Scan (RGB, for example)" isn't working. I can press it, but the text is grey and nothing happens when I press it.. :(
What to do?

e.g. registration is also greyed out if the version is not yet serialised.

Also, it looks like it is an old demo version run out of testing time (or some similar version has been on your system before?).

I suggest you want to download and install the latest release of your version of SilverFast from our website. You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
