When openning Photoshop Elements 3, I get an error message that the application has failed to launch correctly ("This application has failed to start because DICElib.dll was not found .........")
Although Elements does appear to start if the message is "OK'ed", it is irritating. Can anyone help?
Many thanks
Alec

I have just downloaded the latest Epson software, not actually even on the UK web site yet, and my Silverfast SW reports that it is the latest version.
Have had a response from Customer Service which I don't understand as it doesn't appear to address the issuee.g.
"thank you for yor mail. We are not allowed to install the complete Epson driver. To run the scanner with SilverFast, you have to instal SilverFast and the original Epson scanner driver."
