Multiple Scans With Epson 3200 and Silverfast SE 6

I'm pretty new to the scanning arena. However, I believe that multiple scans of an image help you penetrate thicker areas of negatives and probably other things I don't understand yet. Is there anyway to do this with my current setup. I also have the Epson Software that came with the scanner but don't see any way to do it there either.

Hello,

multiple sampling is best for noise reduction. Frankly it is not supported in the SE version of SilverFast.
