it8 calibration reference file?

I am calibrating my Epson 4990 scanner using a Kodak Q-60R2 reflective target. The IT8 calibration process is asking for a reference file, on checking a silverfast installation CD I have located a Kodak Reflective folder containing a number of files.



Which file should be used?
