Ice Dialog???

I see the button for Ice in the side bar-(Using SE). Is there supposed to be a dialog to control the settings? Does it only work with transparencies or also with flat art?
How do I know if the Ice is toggled on or off??

Dear johng

there aren't any options to set with ICE. You either turn it on or off.
If activated you will see the ICE button coloured, if deactivated the button is in shades of grey.
