ICC Profile is not selectable

I have recently bought an Epson V850 Pro with Silverfast 8 SE Plus and have trouble selecting my custom ICC Profile for Scanning. I've created several ICC Profiles which are not selectable in the "CMS" Section of the Software.

There is just an "Eingabe" Dropdown (using the german version) which can't be selected containing a yellow exclamation mark. The "Intern" Dropdown directly below only contains three profiles: Adobe RGB, Epson sRGB and sRGB IEC61966-2.1

Why are my ICC Profiles not selectable? The Epson Scan-Software finds the profile with ease...

Dear customer,

Are you maybe in Negative mode?
NegaFix uses special film profiles.
An input profile can not be selected while in negative mode.
In positive mode you should be able toi select your profiles as long as they are located in the ColorSync Profiles folder.
The Ending must be .icc.
If it is .icm you can simply rename it.
